Rotary Club of Volcano

Service Project

Kau Hospital

Kau hospital is one of Rotary's ongoing service projects, formerly headed by retired U.S. Marine Major Frank Box (a.k.a., Sir, yes sir) it is now headed by former media mogul Nat Baker.

Club members in the lobby area of the Kau Hospital after a morning of painting to enhance the hospital interior, pause in their efforts to hoist the club banner. Community service projects like this are a way for members to help improve life in Hawaii communities. March, 2010.
