For $35.00 per year we will place a US flag on your property for five holidays:  Memorial Day, Flag Day, July 4^th, Labor Day, 9/11 and Veterans Day.  Program consists of placing a 3x5 foot flag in a pre-drilled hole on a 10 foot staff.  Mounting consists of placing a ¾” PVC sleeve in the ground and then sliding the conduit into it.  The sleeve will be flush with the ground and will have a plug in it when not used for the flag.  Initial mounting will be done before the intended display date.  Additional flags on the same property are only $25.00 per year  each.  Our Flag Leasing Program is limited to the greater Volcano Village area, from mile post 21 to the Golf Course. 

If you live outside of our leasing area give us a call anyway and we will see what we can do.  

Proceeds from Rotary’s Flag Leasing Program support various Rotary Programs, such as: 

¨     The Mike Nelson Scholarship fund.

¨     Rotary’s world wide effort to eradicate Polio.

¨     Volcano School of Arts and Science book and computer fund.

¨     Cooper Center Police Annex Building.

¨     Cooper Center Friends Feeding Friends.

 Plus other current and future projects to benefit our world and community.  We meet every Thursday morning at 7:00 AM in the Koa Room by the KMC Admin Building (near the KMC flag pole), located in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
